I've always said, some of the nicest people and best friendships we've made have been through our dogs. This is especially true with Gene Allhands and his brother Rex. At American Redbone Days several years ago, we were fortunate to meet Gene - that was a beginning of a friendship that has formed over the years.

In 2004, Vindicator sired a litter in which we chose a male and female. In talking with Gene, he showed alot of interest and enthusiam about the pups from that litter. Without any hesitation, we offered Gene a pup. At Autumn Oaks 2005, I met up with Gene and gave him the male pup and we entered into a co-own arrangement. That pup is Little Vin.

Gene and Little Vin have proven to be a great team. Since their 'debut' in Feb 2005 they have won some very nice National, Regional and State level wins. And this is just the beginning - Little Vin is still quite young. He and Gene have a promising future ahead of them!

We always look forward to visiting with Gene and Rex at the events we can attend. When we are not able to meet at events, we enjoy talking on the phone and corresponding through email. We are blessed to have such wonderful people share our love of this breed with two people we have the utmost respect for and are proud to have as our friends.

Little Vin is a co-own with Gene Allhands of Lost Timber Kennels in Republic, Missouri.

He is a littermate to Vinessa, out of Vindicator & Sweet.

Gene has been wanting a "Vin Boy" for quite some time and when the opportunity presented itself with this litter, we were more than pleased to give Gene this pup.

Gene is a Black Gold Dog Food Field Representative and travels extensively throughout the United States.

He has raised, bred, shown and hunted redbones for many years. His record of success is outstanding.

Gene has been in the winners circle with many of his national quality level dogs.

We were honored and pleased to co-own this boy with Gene.

We look forward to seeing Gene and Little Vin in the show ring!
